IPES takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

This website is controlled, operated and administered from Namibia and these Terms and Conditions will therefore be governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or mailing address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
IPES offers delivery via courier.
All products are shipped from our shop in Swakopmund.
In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur and the item may be out of stock. We will send you an email and you can just choose another item of the same value or ask for a refund.
Processing time may vary from 2-3 days on average depending on the dispatch load.
Items ordered from Barrons / South Africa incur an additional delivery period, depending on stock and day of order as well as delays at the border.
Please take note: Delivery will take anywhere from 1-7 working days.
Delivery time does not include processing time.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your parcel gets lost or doesn't get delivered, a refund will be applicable. Unfortunately, shipping cost CAN NOT be refunded.
IPES takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return - customer can opt for a refund less shipping fee, or to pay an additional shipping fee for a re-shipment.
Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Shipments go out Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.
Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred.
At IPES, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to contact us if you have any issue with your order!
Once you select the item/items you want, we will be notified via email of your order.
We will then send you an invoice with your order details, included will be our banking details and a copy of your contact and delivery information for your revision. Once EFT payment is made and POP sent to us, your items will be dispatched.
